Svenska Mässan Hotel Service offers our visitors a wide selection of hotel rooms in Göteborg. They are working with a selected group of hotels, centrally located, to help you make the most of your visit in Göteborg and the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre.

Please note that Göteborg is a busy place during the Book Fair. We therefore recommend that you book your hotel in advance.

The hotel booking service is free of charge and you will receive an e-mail when your reservation is confirmed. Payment for the accommodation will be settled in advance to Svenska Mässan Hotel Service, by credit card or bank transfer. All rates are in SEK and include breakfast and VAT.

Svenska Mässan Hotel Service can also assist you with transport to/from Göteborg.

Find your way

The Swedish Exhibition Centre is located right in the centre of Göteborg at the junction of Mässans Gata and Korsvägen, address: Mässans Gata 20.

A full range of hotels, restaurants, shopping, cinemas, theatres and other cultural establishments are within easy walking distance.

The Hotel Gothia Towers, the largest hotel in Scandinavia with 704 rooms, is adjacent to the Exhibition Centre. From the restaurant Heaven on the 23rd floor there is a magnificent view over the city.

By car

On arriving in Göteborg, exit the E6/E20 highway at the Mässan/Scandinavium/Liseberg sign. Park in the nearby multi-storey car park at Focus Shopping Centre, next to the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre.
- E6 motorway, southbound from Stockholm/Oslo or northbound from Malmö
- E20 motorway, southbound from Stockholm/Oslo or northbound from Malmö
- Highway 40 from Borås
- Highway 45 from Karlstad

By rail

From the Central Railway station take tram number 2 (terminates at Krokslätt), tram number 4 (terminates at Mölndal), or tram number 13 (terminates at Marklandsgatan) from the Drottningtorget stop to the Korsvägen stop. By tram

Trams number 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 13 all stop at Korsvägen. The stop is just opposite the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre. For more information on timetables, prices and tickets, please see www.vasttrafik.se/en

By air

From Landvetter Airport take the airport bus to Korsvägen and the Swedish Exhibition Centre.

From Göteborg City Airport (Säve Airport) take the airport bus to Nils Ericson Terminal at the Central Railway Station, and then take tram number 2 (terminates at Krokslätt), tram number 4 (terminates at Mölndal), or tram number 13 (terminates at Marklandsgatan) from the Drottningtorget stop to the Korsvägen stop.
