Access for all
The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre's goal is that all activities within the complex should be accessible to our visitors regardless of their individual abilities.
Basic access is available to all our exhibition halls, conference premises and restaurants. The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and Hotel Gothia Towers are certified in accordance with Equality's accessibility criteria.
Elevators and toilets for disabled will be marked on the hall plans in our Fair catalogue (availabe in September) and also on our website.
Some conference halls (J1, J2, H1, H2, K1, K2 and K3) are equipped with listening loops.
There is free admission for companions of visitors with disabilities who require the assistance of a companion. Certified assistance dogs and guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired are permitted on all Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre premises.
In spring 2007 we carried out an accessibility audit that will provide information about our complex and is included in the Accessibility Database of the West Sweden Tourist Board.
More information about accessibility at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre can be obtained from Margeretha Landin, email: margaretha.landin@svenskamassan.se
