Become an exhibitor 2012

We welcome your booking of a stand at the Göteborg Book Fair - the largest Book Exhibition in the Nordic region. The Fair attracts writers, publishers, editors, agents and booksellers, with teachers and librarians as the two most represented professional groups among our visitors. This is the perfect place to meet the book-loving public.

Every year the Book Fair welcomes about 100 000 visitors. The Book Fair also is a major media event. In 2011, 1 410 journalists and photographers covered the Fair, and the interest in the Book Fair is increasing.

Book a stand

Regular stand:
Exhibition space is rented per square meter
Cost for stand space:

• SEK 1 760 per square meters (approx €195)
• plus a basic charge of SEK 3 000 (approx €330)
• Exhibition insurance SEK 1 200 (approx €130)
  VAT added on all prices.
  N.B. Minimum size 6 square meters. Partition walls are included in the stand cost.

Budget option:

Our budget option is an attractive alternative to a regular stand. The budget option consists of 2 x 2 m floor area, blue carpet, one table, one folding chair.

• SEK 7 500 (approx. €830) excluding VAT but including the basic charge.

An exhibition insurance of SEK 1 200 (approx. €130) is obligatory for both options above and will be invoiced with the stand rent.
