Welcome to a myriad of stands & stages at the Göteborg Book Fair!

Throughout the Göteborg Book Fair, there are plenty of ongoing activities at the exhibition stands where you can meet authors, get books signed and many other things!

The Fair Stages and Squares also offer a broad and inspiring programme of readings, meetings and discussions between authors and other intellectuals from all over the world. Here, you will also meet publishers from Sweden and abroad. Libraries, schools, organisations, museums, universities and different kinds of media are also among the represented.

The Göteborg Book Fair has always had its greatest focus on Nordic literature, and this year more than usual with the Nordic theme. Nowhere else can you find Swedish and Nordic literature gathered at this great extent!

The Book Fair 2011 offered more than 3 000 different programmes and events with more than 2 000 participating speakers and we fully intend to offer an equally wide and inspiring set of program items in 2012!
